Quick delivery. Got what I ordered no problem. Packaging was underwhelming. The gas springs were rattling around loose inside a much too large box.

Great product . My first chair lasted 10 years. I only replaced it because the arm rests started to fall apart. My package did have a shipping error but it was resolved fast and professionally.

The pillow that comes with the chair is no good. Its held on with an elastic band and does not stay put. I'm using it but and sure i will eventually give up and throw it away. The seat of the chair is a bit firm. On the first day of use, i had light grey pants and some black material from the chair rubbed off on them. the problems are enough to give only 4 stars. But overall i am happy with the purchase. It is tall which is what i really wanted, arm rests are great. Working at my desk 8+ hours a day, i am MUCH more comfortable then i was. The recline is fantastic. I need to sit up and work during the day, but chair has 2 kinds of recline. It reclines by leaning back like any normal office chair, but it also has a lever to recline like a lazy boy. If you want to nap in you office chair, buy this one. A+ comfort when you recline both ways. Especially if you can get a foot rest you like. overall, i am just much more comfortable then my old office chair.

Because of the way I sit in chairs, depending on how I sit, my back can hurt from the rigidity of the back rest. Although, this chair is the highest quality chair in terms of feel and materials that I have ever sat in, and I can almost guarantee that if I sat normally it would be a 5 star. To reiterate, any poor experience I have with this chair is my own fault and none of the chair's fault. The assembly was clear and easy, and the fact that each chair's parts are hand checked before shipping is nice.

They have helped me with my issue of replacing the gas cylinder on a 7 year old chair. It's really hard, but this chair has been great for 7 years and I'd like to keep using it! Great products and happy with the new response from customer support.

I got this chair for my partner who works remote and he absolutely loves the chair. It became his office and gaming chair so he spends close to 16 hours a day in the chair and has been very comfortable for him for these past few months. The only reason he gives it a 4/5 is for the assembly which is definitely a 2 person job, no easy feat. However once you get past that no complaints, like I said he loves the chair.

The XL seat with tall cylinder is fantastic. Perfect height adjustment for my desk, comfortable, roomy, all the options with arm rest, very sturdy feeling, safe getting when 6'2" 285 leans back in it. Getting seat back attached was slightly difficult lining up bolts, side covers don't quite fit as nice as I'd want and the screw is to long. It's a tad hard on the seating and the lumbar pillow is no use behind the back but I would but another one in a heartbeat. Fantastic product.
