Package arrived pretty quickly, was a in stock item, can’t speak to pre-orders. Customer service responded quickly to my question. I’ll definitely be buying again!

I pre-ordered the “What we do in the shadows” figures in April and they arrived last week. 2 of the figures packaging was open and 1 of them had damaged packaging. I contacted customer services and their response is “they do not guarantee product box/ packaging” and that if you want “mint-condition” you basically have to order from other companies as they want to keep their costs down. For a company that sells to collectors they have terrible customer service/ packaging. This issue is caused by only a thin layer of air bubble padding being used on the bottom and nothing on top of the products to secure them in the box. I highly recommend not shopping with NECA and wished that I had saved my money rather than receiving damaged goods

Wish I would have read reviews first. Bought the new Dracula x TMNT collectable. Original package arrived ripped and out of place. Took pictures and asked for an exchange but they don't do refunds or exchanges. As a collector I'm super disappointed.

I purchased a NECA Jason Voorhees replica mask. Had it for a few days and my wife knocked it off the hook it was hanging on in my rec room. Found out it is made of just brittle resin. No reinforcment of any form used in manufacturing. So it’s broken. I messaged NECA customer service at customerservice at necaonline.com and told them what happened and suggested that they change the way it’s manufactured for future products. We are paying a lot of money for these collectables and expect quality. Their response was very disappointing. “Thank you for contacting us about this. I'm sorry but we do not have any information about this. Thank you, NECA Customer Service” Since receiving that I have discovered online that this poor customer service is very common and has a long history with the collectors community.

I just received the M3GAN signed card and was so happy to be able to include it with my Life size M3GAN figure ! I am a proud owner of M3GAN and have her on display in my living room, still in the display case !She is number 38 of the series and is beautiful ! I had great communication with NECA during the entire process ! Good job !

Bought an expensive Michael Myers action figure and extra head came faulty. A gift card for one free figure thats 30-40$ would be delightful!

I had bought "The Game of Jaws" which arrived with some external damage to the box. I contacted customer service, who shipped me a new box so that I could properly display my Jaws game. Very appreciative that they went above and beyond to help make this right.

Neca is the best! I love them they are efficient, affordable, and the best figures you could get! Just get something you know you want to!
