My previous aids cost over $6,000 and honestly these perform better in everyday situations. The background noise reduction is especially good. I can have a conversation in a busy room without struggling to focus on the speaker.

Larry was able to help me with all my questions. He was very patient & helpful. I am a senior & not real competent with the internet. I would hope to get his help with these new hearing aids, should I need further assistance.

Good quality hearing aids that have improved my daily life noticeably. Customer service was professional and helpful. I gave four start because the ear domes that came with the set were not quite right for my ears and I had to request different ones.

I have to apologize because any of the several people that contacted me were very patient and trying to do their job. I am a delinquent phone and email person, old school technological failure and just want to keep things simple. Larry caught me at the perfect time today and did an excellent job answering my questions. AND he didnt try to sell me anything.i am concerned and disappointed about the charges. It may have been i didnt pay enough attention to the "fine print" in the ad, pushed a key by mistake? I was surprized when two charges showed up on my card. I am on week one of program/training. I feel the value of the infinity is appropriate. I am trying to come to terms with how the unexpected charges accrued. Please dont call. I will call you when I need assistance or have any questions

For five days I made a concerted effort to regulate the Nebroo hearing aids. The "being in a barrel" sensation could not be corrected. I could hear myself breathe. It was awful. Gave me a headache. I tried what was suggested for the problem but nothing worked. Their weird process for getting the promised refund is ridiculous. You have to email to request what they refer to as "return request reference." I have sent several email requesting this "whatever it is" but with no response. Forget trying to reach someone by phone. You'll be on hold forever. Never reaching anyone. This is a frustrating experience. Terrible customer service. Why offer a refund if it has to be so difficult. I sincerely wish I'd never made the purchase in the first place. ----------------- This is July 13 and I finally received an email reply. Instead of supplying the needed information the email once again reiterated all the steps I should be taking to rectify the problem -- all of which I already told them quite clearly that I did indeed try all of them. The email closed with this statement: "That said, I completely understand if you've already decided that they're not the right fit for you. If that's the case, I respect your decision and will be happy to assist you with the return process." BUT, still they have not supplied the directions for completing the return and receiving the refund. Very wearying and very time consuming. -------------------- This ongoing saga is getting a bit humorous. This is a strange and weird company. Want to know why the product comes from TX but the return product must go to Canada-- out of the country? That way the disgruntled consumer will hesitate to follow through with the refund due to the cost and the hassle. SO... then when you hesitate, they come through with a piddly little offer cash amount to pacify the unhappy customer. They then will not have to mess with the return (in Canada), they send you the piddly refund amount and still make a killing. I called them on this in an email and they did not deny it. In their reply email this is what was stated: "With this option (referring to the tiny little cash refund offer), you may keep the hearing aids, and there is no need to go through the hassle and expense of returning them." What does this tell you? They KNOW they have disgruntled customers and they KNOW they won't want the "hassle and expense" of making the return. Their own words! What a racket! I refused their offer of a small refund, they replied with an amount $10 more. I then replied that since they were throwing numbers around I will ask for $64.50. Guess what? That $64.50 is now in my bank account. (I wish I could add an attachment, I'd send proof.) Is this sleazy or what? I'm also laughing at their reply for me to send my email address to them when the entire mess is already taken care of and the refund money is in my account. This company has no idea what's going on with their customers. Never ever ever would I do business with these crooks again.

DO NOT purchase!!!! No one ever answers the customer service phone number provided! When I emailed them that I wanted to return the hearing aids, they didn’t give me the return instructions until I sent a second email requesting them. The return is sent to Canada & cost me $80!!!! This is the worst experience I have every had with returning an unwanted item!!!!!
