You can easily get them shipped to you for trial but cannot get hold of them to return the hearing aids for a refund. Very Frustrating. They don't answer the phone but just keep you on hold forever. Very frustrating

Any time a company like Nebroo and its Representative, Mark, can turn a negative into a positive, it earns a 5-star rating as I am giving. Mark represented the best in Nebroo with his professional willingness to work with the customer instead of against. I ordered and received Nebroo hearing aids but in that timeframe, my old Signia aids were successfully 'repaired' by my Audiologist and I had no more need for the Nebroo. Mark worked with me with understanding to help me return the unopened, untried Nebroo aids back to Canada. He represented Nebroo with professionalism and Canada's famous rich culture of good will and tradition of getting along with others who are neighbors. My first experience with Nebroo and Canada was extremely rewarding.

Katerina, thank you for such a thoughtful and generous review. We're glad Mark was able to work with you in a way that felt fair and understanding, even though you ended up not needing the aids. We'll make sure he sees your kind words. We wish you all the best with your hearing health. — The Nebroo Team
