Bought the 1st pair of "ear bud" type hearing aids that had bluetooth capability. They did not work out so are going to return them but Nebroo sent an over the ear pair which was not BT capable. So we were going to return those but they offered to send the newest clip on BT pair & extended the trial period so will try this new pair. Still have the return policy if they don't work out. Great customer service at this point. Hoping they work out!

Ok. I tried the NeBroo hearing aids. I tried the different sizes! They did not fit in my ears. I called and texted the company. The did Not send me a return label. They did not want to REFUND my money!! That’s been 2-3 months and I still haven’t received a phone call or email regarding this problem. I suggest you get your hearing aids from a Company that stands behind their products. I paid $317.66 for mine and can’t use them. Dona Erwin

I was sent to warranty department because my left hearing aid does not have sound. Marcus was very helpful. Hearing aids will be replaced.
