I've been using a Neakasa M1 for more than a year now. I ran into a few issues and reported them. We went back and forth trying a few troubleshooting steps, but ultimately concluded that my unit had a sensor failure. They didn't show any hesitation in resolving the issue and quickly sent me a replacement base. No need to sent the old unit back (useful for replacement parts in the future, if needed). The new base fixed the issue right away. ​Unfortunately, I had to store the unit away for over a year after my cat passed away. When I welcomed some new kittens last month, I couldn't get the app to connect to my account. It turned out to be cached app data on my phone. Once again, Neakasa responded within 24 hours. It’s clear that they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and standing by their products.

We love our Neakasa robot litter trays, they work amazing with 6 Maine coons. The customer services is fantastic always a quick response and they are always happy to help with any enquiries! Overall a fantastic company I would definitely recommend.

I LOVE my neakasa and so do my two rescued kitties!! I recently had an issue with the main motor and I reached out to neakasa and Serena helped me out tremenendously. I was very stressed out about the litter box because of my cats and she was able to get me a full replacement. She is an angel sent from above!! Customer support is great and were responsive and sympathetic to an issue I had after 2 years of ownership. They resolved my issue when the retailer would not. Cats love it and very simple to use.
