I absolutely love Neakasa

I purchased the Neakasa self-cleaning…
I purchased the Neakasa self-cleaning litter box for my Maine Coon cat. Since he's so tall, he needed the open top box. This has been a game changer for us, and I highly recommend it. It's well worth the price because it saves my time and eliminates odor. I purchase replacement bags from Neakasa, and they're conveniently delivered to my door.

Great after sales service
I made my initial order in January of this year, The unit I received was damaged when it arrived and didn't work as promoted. However Neakasa has been so kind and helpful in resolving the issue. New unit will be shipped free of charge. Very good customer service and very kind and fast with replying to my emails.

Employees were lovely to work with
Employees were lovely to work with. They asked for pictures of our issue....and then immediately provided us with a replacement for the defective part no questions asked. Nice to see a company standing behind its product (which we love by the way!).
