I've been using the Neakasa M1 for quite a while now, and I have to say—I'm absolutely amazed! It's exceeded my expectations in every way. The open-top design makes it incredibly easy for my cats to get in and out without feeling confined like they would with a traditional enclosed litter box. It does an excellent job of keeping the litter contained, and the automatic cleaning feature works flawlessly after each use. It has saved me so much time while significantly reducing unpleasant odors. The companion app is intuitive and easy to use, allowing me to monitor my cats' litter box activity in real time. The machine also operates very quietly, so it never disturbs either my cats or anyone in the house. The build quality feels premium and sturdy, and it's very easy to clean and maintain. It's an excellent choice for households with one to three cats. Overall, the Neakasa M1 has made caring for my cats much easier and more enjoyable. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Without a doubt, it deserves a full 5-star rating I absolutely love this amazing self-cleaning litter box!

Neakasa pet grooming kit with vacuum has been a game changer for me! I have 2 small dogs to groom & 1 large dog to de-shed. I am able to sit in the living room where it’s cool and groom the dogs without making a mess. Customer service has been amazing in helping with questions about replacement parts. They have been very responsive and kind through the whole process. I highly recommend this product!

I’m very satisfied with the Neakasa M1. It works perfectly and has been a great addition to my home. I had a few questions about how it works and how to clean it, so I contacted customer service. They responded within one day and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Excellent product and outstanding customer support. Highly recommended!

J'utilise une litière connectée M1 depuis presque un an et franchement c'est un véritable plaisir ! La litière est autonome pendant des semaines, sans odeur, et sans frustration pour mes chats. Je recommande

We have 2 of their litterboxes, and they both have been great. We have 6 cats so they get used frequently and they have both held up well. The newer model fixes small issues with the older one so is worth the price. Well worth the money.
