Smartphone mirroring kit was not plug n play for my car as advertised. Now they are playing games with me and will not allow me to return the kit for a refund. I had to file a claim with my credit card company for a refund. Customer service was rude and no help, tech support didn't know what they were talking about. My car was sitting at the shop for two days while the installer was trying to contact them for tech support. A waste of time and money. I am a customer and provided them with my order number. Also have emails proving communication back and fourth with this company.
