Do not buy from them unless you are a professional installer. I bought an item from them after spending hours asking questions about their product and installing needs and was told it is simple plug and play and letting them know I am a consumer not an installer. Received the product and above my abilities and does not offer the features I specically asked the chat rep. Called to return the product and was told it was a clearance item, not listed or disclosed on the website and they will not accept the return. The rep was very rude from the start and did not want to hear from me on the situation. The reps response to my input was I should have read the return policy before purchase. I got a quote from an installer and it is almost $900. Very unprofessional to post my personal contact information. Your representative was rude to me and thats a fact. I am formally telling you to remove my personal information.

Mark Novak 24 Mecanop Court Palmyra, VA 22963 United States 434-825-4155 [email protected] Let's break down this review. The customer contacted us directly, bypassing any professional, so it is expected that they can work on their car. Now, the customer says: "I bought this item from them after spending hours asking questions about their product and installing needs, letting them know I'm a consumer, not an installer." It is still simple plug-and-play. Not a single wire to cut; it comes with plug-and-play connectors. You just match them to your navigation in the trunk, and you're done. Then the customer says they received the product and it is "above my abilities and does not offer features specifically asked for." Plug-and-play cannot be above anyone's abilities. There is only one kind of plug-and-play: you plug it in at your navigation brain. It is in the name, right? The abilities don't change. Saying you ordered a car part that is above your abilities to do plug-and-play makes no sense. If the customer asks if it is simple plug-and-play, yes, it remains simple plug-and-play. There aren't two ways about it: you unplug a connector, plug it in, and you're done. That is exactly what it is. As for claiming it doesn't offer the features asked for, the customer asked for wireless Bluetooth calling. Well, why do they think the antenna is there? Besides, there is no way for them to know whether it has the feature if they never even plugged it into the car. Finally, the customer bought a clearance item. That is clearly explained on the website. We listened to the conversation: the rep was trying to explain that it is a clearance item, and the customer just hung up. That is why our return policy is posted on the website, to show what happens when you purchase clearance. The main facts about this review remain: 1. The customer claims the install is above their abilities, but the product is simple plug-and-play; that never changed. 2. The customer claims it lacks the requested features, but there is no way to know that without ever plugging it into the car.
