NavTool Will Harass You Over a Bad Review
I tried writing an honest review about this business and NavTool feels the need to post my personal information in a reply in hopes I will delete the post. THEN they texted me from a number pretending to be another customer discouraging me from pursuing legal options. I returned a product that cost me ~$350 to buy one that's ~$550 and now they don't want to refund my original purchase and are harassing me.

If you are not purchasing directly from NavTool.com it will not operate as NavTool genuine products.
