happy with the app is mazing! as a travel glob lead at my company i enjoy the support of the technology available one click away! the options of airlines and hotels is great, good network of trains mostley in EU! Navan made my life much much easier here at work by covering so much : reporting, support, travel advises, tech, events!

Highly intuitive, many discounts extensive air and hotel inventory

I have been a frequent business traveler since 1998. Of all of the expense report forms and online programs, Navan has been by far the easiest to use. It's fast and intuitive. As far as using it as a business travel agency, it's reasonable. There are a few things they could do better. For instance, sometimes not all available flights seem to show up, even though they are available on the airline website at the same prices as the Navan offerings. And, if you need to change a refundable ticket, the only option you have is to change it to a non-refundable flight -- to keep it refundable, you need to make the change directly on the airline site. Other than that, the booking side of Navan still works well.

The app works great, its very user frindly and easy to use. I think thats why I personally love it and starting to use it and could understand it so fast. UX top notch from what I feel.

The seamless nature of the booking and the fact that we can spool all the data over time and use to manage our own company accounting and financial records properly. This is on top of the value associated to being able to manage our travel across board without hassle.

The company falsely labeled air ticket without any baggage allowance as "one baggage allowed". When asked their customer support, they said you could purchase it and they would reimburse it later. Now I come back to them, and they said "oh, i am sorry, your receipt looks random and fake, we cannot do it!"

The reimbursement process is easy to understand.

Navan is a godsend. It truly helps with everything, to organizing what employees can book with what cards to creating an itenirary for you within the app.
