I love the treatment however the customer service is not so great. I have not received a followup appointment call, which I was told I would receive. I expected more service then what I am receiving.

Liked the practitioner but really don't like that all feels like a setup to get maximum amount of money. I got hormone pellets which are already expensive but then they add in a membership fee, an obligatory follow up consultation, lab work etc etc.
