I think Dr Wills is great, good testing and customized treatment

I appreciate the ease of scheduling appointments, timeliness when I get to my appointments and ability to communicate via Telehealth application. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and follow up is always remembered. Most of all, I appreciate the monitoring and assistance with my health.

I have never felt better! Nava has always been top notch. The staff is great and very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone.

After years of back pain I tried acupuncture...I've had it numerous times with Nava and love the results. Can't say who my favorite is as all have been wonderful.

Their acupuncture team, as well as their massage therapists, offered a real hands-on approach to addressing the root causes of this particular issue that I thought I was stuck with for the rest of my life. Together they didn’t just relieve the pain, they fixed the issue! No more lidocaine patches, no more heating pads, no medications to help ease muscle spasms. Now I’m stronger than I’ve ever been doing gym exercises that I thought I never would be able to do. Nutrition has been another big component to my successes with my personal goals. They’ve helped me create a better balanced nutrition plan, which helps keep me fueled up throughout the day feeling motivated and active throughout the work week. Thank you Nava!

Great concept, horribly run business. If I could get my pellet injections anywhere else I would never go back. I feel like they are just trying to nickel and dime me at every turn and they are not really interested nor do they appreciate how much we pay out of pocket for their treatments. They should be working to better educate their staff to understand how we can best leverage our insurance for blood draws instead of defaulting to charging their clients the astronomical cost of processing the blood draws through the company they use which does not take our insurance.
