Tree arrived in excellent condition. Fast shipping, nicely packed

I ordered an elm tree. Arrived quickly in good shape. Planted it in the ground. Already seeing new growth which is a sign of success. I usually take a year before I call any transplant a success but so far, at 2 months all is well.

Tree arrived dead - they blamed on me - and then asked me to pay 50% of tree and shipping to get another. Beware!

Very disappointed in this company. Placed an order for a tree, was told 10 day delivery time. Weeks passed. Never alerted that there was weather delay that could take up to two months. When tried to cancel order hit with a 10% charge cancellation fee. Terrible company policy.

ordered hydrangea with $82. it's told it will be shipped in 2 weeks. I had to cancel it. they charge $10 cancellation fee. terrible shipping speed and outrageous cancelation fee.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered from Nature Hills Nursery, during my order the shipping time was mentioned as 10 to 14 shipping days and my order never got delivered on time. I reached out their customer care after 20 days of placing order and they were still not able to give me a specific time frame when my order will be shipped( Answer was west coast weather is hot, we can't ship now). So i requested them to cancel the order, Mind you cancellation charges are 10% of your order. I was not ready to pay that and I did request them to connect to higher up. The answer I got was the Manager is on Vacation will be back 5 days from now(Seriously, this is how you handle your customers, there is no one else a customer can talk to?)So if you are okay to place an order today and receive your order a month or two or 3 who knows, you should go ahead with them. I also wonder the way rep handled this situation, I'm not sure how well they will respond a damaged order. My case is still pending and waiting an answer from them.

I ordered a weeping willow and it arrived a lot sooner than I expected. It was very healthy and is thriving since planted.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a tree which when ordered was told would arrive in May then June came still no tree. I contacted the company and was told June. June came and went still no plant. I requested a refund at that time and was given 3 options. Cancel order at a cost of $10 (for them to do nothing), wait for them to figure out when I would ever get the plant or use the money I spent on the tree to buy more plants (that I would likely never receive). Because I requested to know when my tree would be delivered was told they were putting the order on hold until I gave them my decision. Less than a day later I responded with send the tree when it is available. Today I received an email that since my order was placed on hold (by them) my tree would now not be arriving until fall. Seriously just give me a full refund I will be done with you and you can scam others out of their money. Buyer Beware!!! Janet Stone NC
