Great products and service. Very healthy plants upon arrival and they are all thriving in my yard. Over the past 2 years I have ordered numerous perennials and trees, and will be ordering more in the future.

Got just what they said I would get. Tree is doing well.

I purchased 4 ivory halo dogwoods as a part of a larger order. However, the plants were so poorly packed they fell out from their containers and arrived bare root. Also, the plants seem to be diseased - their leaves are curled and have dark spots on them. I tried to leave this review on naturehills.com, but all new reviews are to be reviewed by their customer support and my review being written 2 weeks ago still didn't appear on the website.

Ordered a Southern Magnolia - variety Edith Brogue in the spring. It arrived packaged very well, and it is thriving almost 6 months later. Just waiting to winterize it in burlap. The service was excellent.

I ordered 2 Fire Works fountain grass over 3 months ago. I received them a couple of weeks ago and they were in very poor condition. I have been back and forth with Nature Hills Customer service and have not been able get anywhere with them. Horrible customer service! So I just paid over $80.00 for dead plants. DON'T USE this company, shop local.

We ordered a few trees from them to celebrate our anniversary, and it took them more than 3 months to send. Way past the celebration. Upon arrival of the trees, they came cramped in one package, withered and damaged. I reached out to them and sent in pictures and they responded with this. Just unbelievable. Save your money, buy local. "Hello, Thanks for letting us know. It is difficult to see the extent of the damages in the photos provided. Please forward a clear photo of each full plant, in response to this email, and indicate which tree is which. Was the soil still moist at arrival? How did the damage appear to occur? Was there any box damage, or did they come loose within the box during shipment? Thank you for choosing Nature Hills Nursery! Don't waste your time and money. Not worth it!

since we purchase the rose from Nature Hills Nursery, we are so happy ,the plants are so beautiful and they take such good care of them, and they carefully shipping ,then we purchase more and more plants from this Nursery ---roses, fruit tree etc. Thank you very much Nature Hills Nursery. you made our garden very beautiful!
