We have been returning to this same cabin nearly every year for almost seven years, even before it was managed by Natural Retreats. When we first stayed there, the property was almost brand new, so we knew what to expect. However, a few years ago, we considered not returning because the cabin was in poor condition, unkempt, showing obvious disrepair, with rude and inattentive housekeeping and maintenance staff. We even noticed someone seemed to be living on the premises full time. That year, when we arrived to find mold in the shower, toothpaste splattered around the sink, and dirty sheets, we requested service but received responses that felt dismissive. After reporting these issues to Natural Retreats, it seemed we were not alone in noticing the lack of proper maintenance. This year, it was clean and well maintained again. Thank you!

This condo is absolutely beautiful. The location is great. The view is great. Lots of space. Kids loved pool, hot-tub, ping pong, and gym. Resort was across the street and town center only a few minutes away. An hour from Yellowstone and an hour from airport. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at North Summit. Immediately upon entering the home, you could tell it was very clean and well taken care of. The owners put a great deal of effort into every decision they made in order for their guests to feel comfortable, including a heated fan in the bathroom. The property had everything you would need for the duration of your stay. The location of North Summit is also wonderful. You will have a view of Lone Peak from almost every area in the house. There are also a ton of things to do and places to eat around the area. If you are considering a vacation in Big Sky, I would highly encourage you to book North Summit!

Great Location, close to great restaurants and shops in Whitefish! Close to Glacier and area highlights. Beautiful patio with a wonderful view!

Great booking stay!

AVOID THIS GROUP! I would avoid Natural Retreat, 360 Blue, and Castilla Vacations at all costs. This company essentially ruined our vacation. We called about a property, told the lady we wanted to reserve it, and she sent us a link to reserve it. After filling out guest information for 10 people, I clicked submit, only to be told, "This property is no longer available." I called again, and she explained that someone must have reserved it from VRBO. I was in no rush to complete the form because she said the quote is valid for 24 hours. She could've simply locked it in over the phone, but chose not to. Very frustrating experience. Also, they offered no alternative locations, nor did they seem to care about my experience. I HIGHLY suggest using Cottages on 30A, or another reputable company. I called them, and they offered a discount code for my experience at this location. THAT is how you do business!

Host was there on time. Gave us the Palm Springs rules. The house was immaculate. Hope we left it almost as good as we found it.

Natural Retreats went above and beyond with making our stay in Sun Valley really seamless and special. The property was gorgeous, super clean, and the check-in and check-out process was really easy.
