Natural GrocersReviews of naturalgrocers.com

The location 11424 SE 82nd Ave Happy Valley,OR 97086 (503) 659-0100 I witnessed the most disturbing encounter with one of the employees and a customer the white guy with the red hair and beard who claims to be a manager who speaks for Natural Grocers literally racially profiled a young pregnant woman while she was shopping with her child he harassed this young lady the whole time while she was shopping he needs to be fired customers should not feel uncomfortable while shopping if this is representing this business I'll never shop there again

Racist manager profiling black women shoppers saying she’s showing red flags. It’s 2023!

I shop a NG for items not carried anywhere else and have been mostly happy with the store. I have never bounced a check in my life but the store would not accept my check. When a manager was called no one came to fix this problem. I'll be looking for another store for the items I want. NG seems to be going down hill.

My husband and I (both over 60) went into the Klamath Falls location today for groceries which included a bottle of wine. We went to check out we were informed we would both have to provide our drivers license! This is ridiculous and unreasonable. Are they going to deny alcoholic purchases to parents who have there children, teenagers or young adult children with them? We will not shop there until this ridiculous policy is corrected.

Wichita store: I had a great first experience and will be back. Quality service. Wide selection of products. Found exactly what I wanted and the staff was super helpful when I wasn't sure where to look. A little pricey.

I would like to give Glenn Kudos for the great service he gives at the checkout every time I shop! He is always friendly and and if I have questions he is happy to assist me! I worked for King Soopers for 41 years so I know what great customer service should be! He is one in a million!

Today was my last visit to Natural Grocers in Lubbock. WARNING! Check your receipt before you leave! I have been ripped off just about every time I go there. Today, as usual, I pointed out pricing errors from the shelf to checkout. Yes, I am on their rewards program so I know the screen at the checkout isn't the same as on the receipt where the discounts should show up. The manager grudgingly fixed a pricing error, or so I thought. When I got home I discovered she didn't! If you decide to shop here, check your receipt before you leave. You've been warned.

I have been going here for years. Why would the check out person slam my olive oil bottles together and shoved our groceries to the side and yelled Next! I understand understaffed but rude No!! If the Olive oil bottles are cracked you are paying for them. Thank you
