Natural GrocersReviews of naturalgrocers.com

I normally shop at my local store in lakewood, but visiting the Glenwood springs store today i had the best customer service. Josh had me laughing and smiling while checking out. Thanks again. It's nice to leave a store and to still be getting great service until I left the door.

SINCE I AM VEGAN I LOVED THAT SOME OF THE THINGS I MAKE FOR DINNER ARE REASONABLY PRICED. EL BURRITO'S SOYRIZO AND SEITAN ARE AWESOME CHOICES. AND THE PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY HERE AT THE RUIDOSO LOCATION.

Bismarck, ND customer here. These other one-star review are ridiculous. I worked at WF in Cali for 5+ years and the amount of attitude from customers is reprehensible on a good day, let alone if the cashier has something difficult going on in their personal life. These reviewers need to be reviewed. Personally I have only had positive experiences at the location in Bismarck. If I ever was to get an occasional glazed look or “attitude” from a stressed cashier, or hear music I wouldn’t personally listen to, why on earth would you rate someone poorly for being human? Especially when they are probably making a fraction of what you are😔

Very nice staff and great selection of products! Anytime I'm making something that calls for unique ingredients, I know I can always find it here. They also have a wonderful selection of gluten free products.

I rated this store high because I have shopped there several years. I lived in TX but have relocated NM. I still shop there and over other stores. Years ago I chose Naturals because I had more than a dozen negatives with Whole Foods, most unfortunately whole food, food poisoning. Honestly I've had the rude employees and been followed at one or two NG but maybe because Ive built friendships at each one I've been to I keep going. We all expect perfection. Personally I expect quality, transparency and safety.

Danielle Shahan the nutrition specialist at Natural Grocers in Mesa Arizona on Baseline spent over an hour on a one on one nutrition session for me today. It was amazing and so helpful. Danielle is very knowledgeable and helpful It, was a great experience.

I would like to give Glenn Kudos for the great service he gives at the checkout every time I shop! He is always friendly and and if I have questions he is happy to assist me! I worked for King Soopers for 41 years so I know what great customer service should be! He is one in a million!

I have been a customer of Natural Grocers for almost 10 years and it's my main store for buying groceries. Why? Organic grass fed dairy (you can taste the difference) and the chicken is much more tender than conventional ones. But the main reason I shop here is because it's cheaper, yes cheaper than even a lot of conventional grocery stores. The dairy and chicken no, but their eggs are a permanent loss leader. I am also a baker and their organic flours and baking items are often cheaper (ie coconut flour and spices) than conventional stores. Then there are the sales on items like Braggs vinegar and staples making them organic and a good value. All organic produce means I only have to shop price to buy things when they are in season. You have to be insane to buy non organic these days as the pesticides, preservatives and overprocessed food is poison. I'm so grateful to Natural Grocers for sifting out most of the garbage so I can shop in less time with confidence that my food is healthier.
