Natural GrocersReviews of naturalgrocers.com

Poor customer service, cashiers are not in good moods like Trader Joes. They have some bad produce, so keep your receipts. Always out of products, read labels, some of the grocery stock is really not healthy at all. You cannot return bad fruit and veggies without a receipt. I lost about 15.00 because I tossed my receipt. There is a weird vibe in the store....they are not happy working there at all.

I normally shop at my local store in lakewood, but visiting the Glenwood springs store today i had the best customer service. Josh had me laughing and smiling while checking out. Thanks again. It's nice to leave a store and to still be getting great service until I left the door.

I didn't come on the lookout for anything in particular, but left with a few cans of banana water I didn't know existed! Each journey to Natural Grocers is a treat that way. There are enough organic, ethically sourced groceries, supplements, and sodas here to satisfy just about every health and wellness enthusiast. Did I mention they have a reading room for health-focused volumes? The store is also well-maintained, and the employees were friendly and offered help as I was browsing. I would, however, be remiss not to mention that the entry and exit share the same cramped doorway, and that the opening and closing times are oddly specific. That said, I plan to return for more!

purchased apples for holiday, paid cash & edie, cashier entered wrong amount of cash, less than was given then adding insult to injury, short changed customer. edie had a wet counter and scale, had to dry her mess while it conversed with customer behind me as if we do not exist. store number uo89 on nw expressway, okc 73132. save yourself the bother.

Requested envy apples and was curtly informed no, because corp says so. they are not dieticians all they are concerned with is their profit margin and the higher up golden parachute. same was true with brussels sprouts in october their harvesting time in some states. corp believes shoppers are stupid about everything. sprouts gets envy apples and sprouts just ask dept head. further, store in no. okc has had so many mgrs, staff are at risk every time a new one is installed. the one last installed got rid of (f)produce mgr that had been there for 3 yrs to put in (m). of same ethnicity and a yes man to boot.

This has become a totally unethical company. They put up sales tags they do not honor. Buyer beware. Not the company they once were.

Natural Grocers needs to stock better!! And when they have a sale, have the items that are on sale. For the past 6-7 months they aren't stocked with a lot of the products in their sale book which is sent out 3-4 weeks before the sale. Whomever is in charge of logistics needs to work better with distribution. They blame UFI and say they don't have control over distribution.....what? It seems like they are purposely not stocking to make it look like product isn't available. Amazon has lots of stock on some of the products. I would rather give my business to Natural Grocers. Now, I'm weighing my choice. I thought I'd see an improvement after voicing my concerns with management but that hasn't happened.

SINCE I AM VEGAN I LOVED THAT SOME OF THE THINGS I MAKE FOR DINNER ARE REASONABLY PRICED. EL BURRITO'S SOYRIZO AND SEITAN ARE AWESOME CHOICES. AND THE PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY HERE AT THE RUIDOSO LOCATION.
