Terrible! To start off, on the website it suggests buying more items to get free shipping, which I did - they still charged me shipping. Not a great start. The item I ordered to get free shipping came next day, but the item I actually went on to get has still not arrived and its been weeks. When you message them on whatsapp they tell you they will get back to you but dont. 5 days ago my package was showing as being in the UK on the tracking link, today it says is in Hong Kong... I have had no update. For what you pay, you can get better quality cases in a reasonable amount of time. I would shop around and avoid spending money with this company.

This review is specifically about their returns process. You have to return the products to either France, Hong Kong or the United States. If you are outside those countries you're going to have to pay for international shipping *and* customs duty. I decided not to keep one of the items, but the return would have cost half the cost of the product, so I didn't bother. I'm wondering what happens if you need to return a faulty item. Maybe it's good to discourage speculative ordering and this experience reminds me to properly check a company's return process. Disappointed though. Otherwise, their customer service were quick to respond and were helpful. So far, I like their products but it's too soon to comment on their longevity.

I've trusted this company's products for years and they've never disappointed me with their quality, innovation, and uncomplicated balance of features. It's pure functionality and aesthetics.
