Beware if you require a refund - I was incorrectly charged shipping - I spent over the required amount for free shipping but couldn't check out without paying the charge. I was assured that they would refund me the amount but this has not arrived back on my credit card. No issues with the products but this leaves a nasty taste....

This is a beautifully made product. I needed a bag that was practical but stylish. The straps being tucked in at the back are a game changer and make this bag really versatile to be used a tote. Great customer service too!
