Order experience was seamless. I did lots of research as to where to order from and asked lots of questions. In the end the road always led back to this company. I haven’t received order as I just ordered Christmas Eve but have high hopes the whole process goes as smoothly as ordering.

So far I have been very happy with the interaction I’ve had with the NativeMed team. I have had my questions addressed very quickly and completely. I messaged with Cheryl this last time and she was very thorough in the answer that she gave me. The results I am seeing are right in line with what the team has told me. I am anxious to continue and hopefully reach the outcome I am hoping for. Highly recommend NativeMed.

I purchased my 3 month plan by accident. I was awaiting an appointment here in my hometown to receive injections. I talked to Cheryl, and she was able to refund me instantly. I couldn’t have appreciated her help more than she knows! If I see that my home town PCP is more expensive, I will absolutely be renewing my membership with this company! They’ve already been such a great help with just a minor accident! THANK YOU CHERYL!
