Cheryl has helped me on two chats now. She is very clear and quick to respond. I had to delay a shipment due to being out of town when it would be delivered. She handled the problem in less than 2 minutes. The communication with the support team is fantastic. My previous supplier never contacted me at all. I have not received my order yet, but the information from the prescribing doctor was also in detail that was easy to understand and comprehensive.

The entire process with NativeMed was easy from start to finish. I had already been on a GLP medication and wanted to make sure they were not going to start me on the lowest dose. I was able to chat with a representative to explain this and just had to provide a picture of my current prescription and actually started on the next dose because I had plateaued at my current dose. I opted for the 3 month plan and they sent me 3 vials (1 at my starting dose and the 2nd & 3rd at the next dose). Their pricing is very competitive to other online pharmacies and they don't charge monthly membership fees like some others. Their website is very easy to navigate and I can chart my shots and my progress. When I have questions or need to make any changes their team is very quick to respond.

Great customer service and fair pricing. If you’re looking for a no nonsense solution and company - I do recommend. For those of you just starting the GLP1 journey, give it time and work through the nausea- it subsides after a few weeks. Good luck!

After days of research i choose Native Med and they are 100%. Kim and Eric have always answered all of my questions and helped me with my decision. Placed my order the day before Christmas and arrived Saturday. I don't know how anyone could possibly write a bad review for Native Med it's been an awesome experience!
