Maria was helpful in getting my refill processed but the entire process for a simple refill is very tedious! It took me 3 days and several messages to accomplish a refill request

NativeMed itself is "5" Star regarding customer service, I have no complaints. The low rating is because NativeMed continues to want to use VialsRX,, Tomball, TX as their pharmacy. I am not sure what VialsRX is shipping, but the tirzepatide is ineffective. I went to NativeMed because of cost, but I ended up wasting $549 (3 months worth) because the medication from VialsRX does nothing to curb appetite or cravings as my previous pharmacy did. I think it is a little bit of "you get what you pay for".

I am currently on my third month. I am basically draining these files. I have not lost a drop of weight. I everybody has been very nice, but this stuff is not working for me. I’m going to have to go with maybe a Reta from some guys to gym I see that they are dropping weight unbelievably I just had a poor experience. The people are very nice though. I think I took a whole vile in three weeks 2.5 mg and I feel nothing. I really feel that money was just thrown out the window. I still got two vials here and paid the 600 for three months and I feel like I have bought a bag of nothing so I’m not gonna put myself in this situation again.

after being on tirzepatide and losing a significant amount of weight over a year with other companies, I switched to NativeMed based on price and great reviews on TrustPilot. I was provided (supposedly) the same compounded product, same strength and hit a wall. I contacted NativeMed about 6 weeks in and was advised to try sticking with it a while longer. After starting the 3rd month shipment of a 6 month purchase and not only hadn’t I lost any weight, I was struggling not to GAIN. Cravings & food “noise” came back. Something was definitely wrong with the product I received. NativeMed refunded partial credit for the second 3 month shipment not sent adjusting the cost of the 3 months I used to the higher 3 month plan cost. Maybe just a bad batch but it would have been nice if they had refunded me at least 50% if what I paid upfront if not the whole thing. Im out almost $600 for a product that did not work. I’m done wasting money am am ordering Zepbound directly from Lilly as it’s regulated by the FDA and are bound by quality controls. More expensive but I don’t have money to waste on something that may or may not work from compounding pharmacies.

Took a few days to get a call back but Maria finally called and was a pleasure to work with. Can't review meds,shipping or anything else at this point but will be glad to once some time has passed. ****Update**** meds arrived quickly. Not much guidance from this company. I tried to contact the doctor once but no reply. Thankfully I was able to figure it out. Definitely suppresses your appetite. I'm only 2 weeks in and will update in the near future. It is now July. I have reached my target weight but can't get anyone to advise me of my dosage. They just keep saying contact us and when I do they dance around the question. Can't get a straight answer.

Only lost 3 pounds in 3 months, the medication doesn't look how the show in the pictures. It comes in a plastic container with a different lable from a dr. I told them I want to cancel the order because isn't working and not tho ship. They still did and got charged. Idk now what to do with all of that medication. I lost money and I didn't lose weight I was expecting I don't recommend this company. Find another one. It is weird that it didn't work I should take it to my Dr. And get it checked.

Was getting ready to process my second order of Tirzepatide through NativeMed. My initial order was in Jan and I pay $549 for the 3-month supply. Boy have things changed!!!! Can't get a prompt response, my order request was placed on 5/15/26 with "Elwin" using their chat system. 5 days later, nothing has happened. No processing, no shipping, no tracking number, nothing. I reached out to them on the chat today 5/20/26 to learn that it was not even processed yet. 5 days wasted, nothing done. So I canceled my subscription and will order elsewhere.
