I am new with this company but was delayed in starting my meds so I reached out to ensure they were still safe to use. He was so very pleasant and communicated promptly with the pharmacy and got back to me quickly with answers. I have chatted with many of these companies while making the switch from Zepbound to compounded and this has by far been the most pleasant experience. Special thanks to Elwin for making it so painless and being so professional and prompt!
