Started off great but turned into a nightmare
I used NativeMed for 9 months and at first I absolutely loved them. I became Ill in July shortly after placing my last order with them, so I had to hold off on taking my meds. I recently joined a GLP1 support group because I was going to start back up on my meds, and it was only then that I found out that the vials themselves have what is called a "BUD" date. NativeMed never once mentioned this and I had no clue that it was even a thing. I checked the BUD date on the vials that I received in July and the date on those all said 10/12/26, which is only a week away. I reached out to NativeMed and was told by the manager Jill, that basically I was out of my $500 because I should have reached out to them to pause my membership when I became ill (because when you are deathly ill, the one thing you are thinking about is "let me call NativeMed!"). They refused to send me replacement vials or give any type of refund, even after I offered to ship back the untouched vials. Instead, they offered me a $50 credit off my next $500 order with them! They are criminals and should be ashamed of themselves!
