Over the holidays, there was a large delay with my order. Jordan Rupp responded immediately to my questions about delivery times. No only did he follow up with an email but he made an attempt to call as well. He listened carefully and empathized with my situation. He then resolved the issue like a pro and I'm now a much happier NPL customer.

I placed my order for a wall calendar after I used this company for the first time to create a photo project. Before the order was finalized, I received a clear, timely email from Erica that explained I'd made a mistake in choosing 2025 dates for the guts of the calendar, while I'd noted 2026 on the cover. She listed my options using super clear & thorough ommunication and also offered to walk me through cancelling and reordering the item with the needed corrections. I let her know I had a second order I feared had the same error. I was able to re-order the calendar on my own, then received another very clear message from Erica about the voided order, timing of its refund, and confirmation that my other ordered item was fine as is. Her tone was so friendly and service oriented, and included all the necessary information in easy to digest format. I went to Nations Photo Lab on the basis of a Wirecutter recommendation - I am so thrilled with the customer service! Had I received the calendar with all the wrong dates, I'd have been so upset. The proactive message saved the day...and the year!

Tara was able to help me understand the options for printing and how I could leave special instructions for exactly what I needed. I was upset my print was too dark but I was so happy to see Nations Photo Lab really stand behind their promise to making things perfect. I am looking forward to my print.

Brandon was attentive to my questions. He instructed me where to find answers to my questions with additional feedback on differences between products and how to mount pictures. He was patient and a pleasure to work with.

When ordering my prints, I accidentally wrote my old address instead of my current address ( I had just moved ). I emailed customer service and Ricky quickly fixed my address relieving me of my worries of not receiving my order. I loved the print quality of my last order so I cannot wait for this one.
