they de-activated my card mid June, still waiting for a new card they said will arrive in 7 to 10 days, still no card, lost the balance on my benefits card, just filed a complaint with the state...bad reviews on BBB. lots of DEI hire and A.I. on the phone that take you around in circles

They sent me a different product than what I ordered. Called to return for correct product or refund. No returns. They said would refund my account but I never received the refund. Supposedly I agreed to "reasonable substitute" somewhere along the line. There is no website setting for that. So I'm not ordering online from them again.

Nationsbenefit is a joke of a company. I have had them twice with my medicare advantage. Once with Anthem and now Humana. Just spent 45 minutes on the phone with Humana trying to figure out why my OTC card was denied at an approved merchant for Alleve and vitamins. Even the customer service person at Humana had nothing positive to say about Nationsbenefit. They suck and don't know how to do their job correctly.

It's a government issued card the government should cover the delivery charge and the "service fee". I subscribe to Instacart and Safeway is on the list of stores to choose from and they offer free delivery but I'll be damned if I can use my N.B. card. You are forced to shop at "their" Safeway.

I have been having constant service issues with Nations benefits. I have an issue every month. It started off with my card not working at certain retailers and customer service is rude saying there's plenty of other stores to shop at and listing stores that aren't even in my area being rude and condescending not caring about our concerns about how we shop at certain stores and we should be able to shop at the stores we want and your cards need to work at all the retailers that you participate with. Then the following month I go to pay my phone bill on the last day as I always do and the mobile companies shows that the payment was taken out on the 30th however nation's benefits claims that it takes days to process payments but that's not the truth whenever you use your funds it is instantly processed. Nation's benefits has a habit of doing this at the end of the month taking people's last remaining benefits away. It is a known systemic issue with Nations benefits. Now this month my balance is gone and all I have is $1.99. My balance is showing $276 as an annual balance but no I get just under double that amount a month as a monthly balance. I have been trying to contact Nations benefits for days trying to see if this is resolved and they haven't been able to resolve it. Once again making excuses about their systems they said we went in and updated our system and it messed more things up. Obviously you're coding team is absolutely terrible and you need to find better coders. Your services are part of my insurance contract and you are not fulfilling your services. Whenever I try to call about Services your staff is terribly rude I tell them about my disabilities and they are still rude. Your staff is so rude that if I let them know that I am recording the phone call they won't even speak because they know that they can't do their jobs without acting up. So not only is your services unreliable but whenever we're stressed out and having hardships like a person with me with mental health and developmental disabilities and we're calling in the last thing we need is your staff consumer services skills being as abysmal as your coding team. It looks like it's time for another class action lawsuit against Nation's Benefits. Your services are part of my insurance contract and you need to provide me with solid reliable services and stop interrupting my benefits affecting my ability to use my benefits to pay bills and get food. You are literally wreaking havoc on my life because of all your system issues. Fix your systems and if you're coding team can't do it you need to hire another coding team or utilize artificial intelligence Like I said I think it's time for another class action lawsuit and the class action lawsuits should never stop until you finally understand that you have to make your services reliable. You cannot keep doing this to us.

Terrible, all the way around. Website features OTC items but not ALL, so there's no telling when you get to the respective store what's covered or not. Also, their cust. service phone line, you talk to an alien (literally) barely able to speak ENGLISH while 300 other voices are going in the background! AWWWFULLL!

Nations Benefits is essentially a "bait and switch" program for the OTC benefits. The products that are eligible one week are denied the next. It's impossible to make any kind of budget with them. It's a long, painstaking process to find what might be eligible, and it's still a roll of dice when you shop online or at the register. I won't shop in store because of this. I will switch to another Medicare program strictly because of Nations Benefits. Too aggravating, and the "benefits" are really not beneficial at this point.

For 45$ I received 3 potatoes one was rotten, 3 green peppers and one was rotten , 3 pears , 8 apples and one small bag of carrots. Won’t order that again.. the prices are too high
