The Nano husts the inside of my ear. especially the right ear. Also, when I would talk i would get all this feed back. I also could not turn them down.... I tried but they were so loud that my ear drums after I took them out would pulse for a while where they were trying to protect themselves fromt he loud volume. I requested an RMA number but NO ONE will issue me one. I have sent 7 emails requesting a RMA and all they reqpond to is what is my phone number etc.
