it been more than 3 months they still haven't return the money after receiving the hearing aid back which was not even a good product.

please listen these are garbage don't waste your money and your time these are junk

Ordered hearing aids for my mom for Christmas. Prior to the end of the return period, she said that they did not work for her and was trying to return them to Nano in accordance with their return policy. She had a very difficult time with Nano to get them to send her an RMA so that she could return them. Once returned, Nano set on the return without issuing a refund. I ordered the Nano hearing aids over the Christmas - New Years Break. I did finally get a refund from them, but it took 7 months. What worked in my case, was I posted facts about my experience on their Facebook page. I saw others that had to report them to the BBB before they were issued a refund. If their products work for you great. If they don’t, it is buyer beware to get a refund. I found it to be a long and stressful effort to get a refund issued.

The hearing aids did not do what they said. They are not Bluetooth compatible. When filing a return it was like pulling teeth and I eventually had to threaten them to get an RMA#. I still have not received my money back and it's been MONTHS! When trying to contact them, their automated system hangs up on you because they have too many calls. Edit: It has been more months and I still do not have my refund. I have threatened to file with the Better Business Bureau and this at least garnered a response, though still no action. Guess I will have to go through with the BBB. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I bought Nano Hearing Aids for my Church leader. I am happy he can now deliver the message more accurately. Thank you, Jesus! God bless Nano!

on 10/31/2019 i ordered a nano hearing aid. as of 11/8/2019 i had not received it. i called the company and was told it had not shipped yet. i asked that seeing that it had not shipped yet to cancel the order and refund my money. i was told that that was not the policy. i would have to wait until i received the aids then contact the company for a refund. this sounds like a scam to me .
