The advice I received by telephone when ordering my second pair of hearing aids was excellent. I wanted to try a second pair from Nano in hopes that they would be better then the first pair that I ordered. I depend on my hearing aids to cope with the lost of hearing now for several years. Iam in hopes that this pair will work for me very well. The people at Nano are very helpful and polite and have stood behind the product they sell from my first purchase and my second order now.
