my name is David marlowe. I bought my mom, a pair of these worthless piece of crap hearing aids they sent us a return authorization well within the 45 day grace. They sent us the authorization. I have the tracking number I have the authorization, and they refuse to give us a refund. They are thieves. Do not buy from these people. They will rip you off and take your money. They are no good.

Stay away from this company. The customer service reps will tell you anything to keep you from returning in the 45-day guarantee window. They'll troubleshoot, they'll send you new models, and they'll assure you that every time you opt for a new set, the 45-day window starts anew. This is false. After trying 4-5 sets, I determined that none of their hearing aids work well for me, so I made up my mind to just return them, about 30 days after I had received the latest pair I got talked into. They're refusing to return my money, saying that the 45-day window is up. When I point out that a customer service rep assured me that the 45-day window would start anew with this latest pair, the company says that was wrong. Pointing out that I, as a customer, am not responsible for swallowing the cost of unwanted product due to sales reps who lie or misspeak, hasn't made any difference. I'm looking into filing in small-claims court.

They backed their money back guarantee with me as the hearing aid did not fit my very small ear canal. Good customer service. I'm grateful.

A defective product and they will not refund claiming that it is the fault of the customer that they fall apart when removing them from the ear! Total junk with horrible customer service and almost nobody gets a refund even if within the 45 day window claiming they receive broken hearing aids returned. They lie, lie, lie and have numerous BBB complaints and talk of class- action lawsuits on every legit review site. Stay away from them!!

These are awful. The right one will not work and the left one gives too much static. I have made multiple calls with no success and have gotten no help on how to return them

I purchased Nano Hearing around the first of October 2022. Within a week I realized they would not work for me. I tried calling, emailing, leaving messages for weeks trying to get a return code. No one wanted to give a return code which is required before sending them back. I finally received the code and mailed the back first class, insured, and requested signature showing receipt of the hearing aids, they received on October 31. After a few weeks I started calling to see my refund status. I kept getting every kind of excuse saying why it had not been issued. They said for over a month that it had been approved but not given out yet. After threatening to get an attorney saying they had no legal right to keep the hearing aids I returned and they had confirmed they had and also keep my money. I finally received my refund on January 4, 2023! Over two months later. Terrible service!

Would like to give this company 0 stars - just spent 45 mins of wasted time trying to get a refund for hearing aids never used, purchased by my father, who recently passed away. Yes is was over the 45 days policy however the original pair he purchased he returned bc of quality and was convinced to get a newer pair. Needless to say the second pair was never used. On 1/27/23 I called about a return and was told yes they could be returned and would be refunded, gave me the return address, and advised me to place a copy of the order # with the return. Prior to mailing today, 2/2/2023, I called to verify the address bc if you look up the address on line it looks sketchy and now after 45 minutes with a CSR it is not eligible for a return bc it is over 45 days!! It did show in their system that a return was requested. My father was 94 and I think a 45 day return policy is harsh, considering he wanted to return the first pair within 45 days due to quality but was convinced to get a replacement pair that was never used and that’s a lot of wasted money. Totally taken advantage of - DO NOT use this company or product.

If I could give zero stars....I ordered a set of their latest devices for my husband for Christmas. The devices would not connect with the charger. They sent out a replacement set and they didn't work either. Requested a return authorization and sent them back. They tell you it can take up to 45 days to process the return and issue a refund. I think I will be contacting the credit card company and initiate a dispute. Stay away from this company. Look up their parent company, King Crawford Enterprises, LLC. Not a reputable company.
