This company is a total scam. I bought their Nano CIC hearing aids and one of them worked intermittently and another was too big to fit my ear. I requested a refund and it was approved but I never got the refund back. I called them a month later and was told they were damaged. That was a lie. I used them a couple of times and placed in their original package and returned them in perfect condition. I found out later that this has happened to many other people. The $400 hearing aids I bought can be found under another name on Alibaba and Amazon for less than $50. I'm hoping someone will start a class action suit against this company so all the people they stole from can be reimbursed. How can they get away with this over and over?

DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT!!! It fell apart in my ear when removing it. The "support" team said it was due to customer damage and wanted me to pay another $80 to have it repaired. Why would I do that, when it will just fall apart again. There is only one way to remove it and that is by pulling the tab which is there for that very purpose. If it isn't snug it your ear it will squeak. This is an awful product.

I am very disappointed in this "small family owned" company, Nano Hearing Aids. I bought these hearing aids for my mother for Christmas. I am a single mother so I ordered them early to have them paid off by Christmas because that's how I have to buy presents. I spoke with the return department and was told these hearing aids were meant for minimal hearing loss... which is NOT stated on your website when I was purchasing them and this is why they don't work. My mother apparently has moderate to severe hearing loss. I was told after I bought them in the agreement it is stated it is for minimal hearing loss which I definitely did not see that either. These hearing aids are causing her ear pain, headaches, a loud buzzing noise when she stands up or turns her head, and she still cannot hear the tv because it picks up all background noise. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with the company. I wanted a refund and all I got was a run around. I had to call your company twice because no one ever got back to me the first time. Such a scam company.

I have purchased 2 pairs of the nanohearingaids (amplifiers). After a short period of time neither set works. They are very cheaply made and I would advise anyone not to waste your money on them. They constantly make a high pitch squealing sound which is very annoying for the wearer and everyone around you.

Screaming, ringing, tons of feedback. Horrible product. Now my mother refuses even legitimate help. Should never have tried this cheap excuse of a product. Check the BBB first! I lose. Hopefully you will not.

Nano claimed my returned earphones were damaged and included a picture of a broken earphone. I personally returned them using all the original packaging and they were not damaged. I had these earphones for a couple of weeks trying to get them to work. Never happened. They refused my refund. I have filed dispute with credit card company and they are looking into the transaction. I have also filed a complaint with BBB.

My Nano Hearing Aid experience was frustrating and aggravating. I received a pair of CIC Rechargeable hearing aids on 10/15/2022. When I tried them out for the first time, the domes seemed to keep the units snuggly in my ear canals, but the minute I started talking or chewing, they would wiggle out and eventually back out of my ears—far enough for the feedback to start to squeal. Upon Nano’s Customer Service advice, I changed the domes to a larger size—with no improvement with the wiggling out problem. I gave it two days to see if things would improve. It didn’t. The return procedure is tricky and difficult to comply with. I obtained a Return Authorization and mailed the hearing aids back to Nano--with USPS Tracking. Nano received the return on 10/21/2022. That’s when the waiting game began. I waited four weeks before I contacted Nano (via phone call) to ask for an update to my refund’s status. I was told that a specialist would contact me in the next 24 to 48 hours. After the 48 hours expired with no return call, I called back again and was told my refund was “on the que”. The service rep assured me that I would be getting a refund, he just couldn’t say when. I received a confirmation email from the “Back Office Team” on 11/18/2022 stating “Your return has been received and will be processed shortly”. So, 33 days after they received the return, they finally acknowledged that they had the items, and they were going to process the return “shortly”. But “shortly” turned out to mean 41 additional days later. My credit card was finally reimbursed on 12-29-2022. Think long and hard before buying from Nano.

I would go lower if I could! They are deceitful and lie, they offer a refund until you ship the item back then they tell you you owed that any way. I would never buy their junk and advise everyone to run. Don’t yrust their lies ever!!!
