I'd love to give this ponzi scheme company -10 stars if I could! Good luck contacting anyone for return then after they stall for weeks they reluctantly give the RMA number but after the products are returned they not only refuse to state which items are missing (their fraudulent reasons to keep the products to resell) but they refuse the refund too! So we pay for nothing? Yeah this is the definition of a ponzi scheme! They're false advertising of Bluetooth plus the crappy app skims the phone for personal data. BUYERS BEWARE RUN DON'T BUY I DIDN'T DO MY DUE DILIGENCE! I've filed numerous complaints but we need to gather people for a class action lawsuit against these scammers! I'M MAD AS HELL AND I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE! UPDATE-THAT'S THE SAME BULLSHIGGIDY RESPONSE EVERYONE RECEIVES! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I was refunded because I fought like hell with Afterpay. I still have TXAG & BBB complaints submitted! I'll keep reaching out to lawyers that take on class action suits. Y'all need to be stopped permanently!

My 97 year old dad bought these and didn't like them so he called to get a RMA number and after several attempts he finally got it but they insisted on sending him another pair which he told them over and over that he did not want another pair. Needless to say another pair was sent and when we called to try and return them we were told that his window for sending them back had expired. They take advantage of the elderly and will be reported to everyone that i can. Terrible customer service do not buy! they also advertise as hearing aids and they are not, they are amplifiers. False Advertising!

Nano hearing aids: I purchased your 2019 model however it was not used until this week. Now I am told the battery is dead and only lasts for 4 years before I would have to buy another unit. Why would you sell a rechargeable hearing aid that only lasts for 4 years???? I now own a brand new hearing aids system that has to be thrown away.

They don't work and they never call you back so as far as I am concerned they pry on older generation and individuals that live from paycheck to pay check. So if you love your parents or children find a different hearing aid company this one is a joke.

If I could give less than one star I would. Long story short..I bought a pair and they didn't fit properly, hurt my ears and only made noise instead of improving hearing. I called to return and get a refund and after 30 minutes of hearing the customer service person trying to talk me out of a refund I finally agreed to accept a replacement of a "higher level unit" that was much better than what I bought for only an additional $79 warranty charge. The replacement pair were no better so I sent everything back and asked for a refund. They would only refund the $79 and argued that I didn't request a refund for the original purchase in time. Bottom line is they are dishonest and you are throwing your money away.

Unless the U. S. Government forces Nano Hearing aids to stop selling defective hearing aids while making the false claim about a 45 day satisfaction guarantee, thousands of Americans will loose their hard earned money. They have a fraud plan that requires you to use the aids 21 days before being eligible for the guarantee. My experience and the experience of many others I've read reviews about, (of course not reviews on Nano website they are only fraud positive reviews). Read the reviews at reviewopedia dot com/nano-hearing-aids-reviews The actual customer reviews are way down toward the bottom. Also read Better Business reviews. The experience I and many others had was that you never can use the aids for 21 days because one or more of the aids just fall apart during either removal from the charger or from your ear, this happened to me and many others. Then the fraud process goes that they tell you to send them in for evaluation at which time they say you broke the aids. If course that is a lie. If the aids were securely fastened at the factory they would not come apart while doing normal action of removing from charger and your ear especially using the attached tab designed to remove them. And it happens within a week or two. What ever you do, don't send your aids for evaluation, you won't get a refund or your aids back.

Twice they sent me the accessory and recharger kit with no hearing aids! They try to put you through a stupid test: " Take a picture of what you received." A big put off. They won't answer me when I asked them to just send the ear pieces. NOPE! I think this is a shipping scam of a sort. Ran into this with other vendors. Think I'll contact the Federal Trade Commission...

The Nano CIC are just an amplifier, no matter what they tell you. I had to use the smallest dome to get it in my ear, the left one later came off, required trip to doctors office to get removed and you have to purchase the entire set of domes, even though you only need and can use one. I purchased a set of hearing aids from Costco and could actually hear the birds in the tree across the street, nearly drove me crazy, but the NANO CIC, I had no idea the birds were even there. My NANO's lasted about 6 months before they made the garbage.
