Today is halfway through Day 3, and I will commit to stating that yes, I am planning on keeping these CIC Rechargeable Digital Hearing Aids. Here's my recap thus far: Day 1: Received my Nano Digital CIC Hearing Aids late Monday morning May 15th. Charged them up and fitted my R ear. Then my L ear. Controls very awkward to use. Sounds mechanical. Not really comfortable - foreign object in ear- moreso L than right. Awkward to balance sound L and R. Problems with feedback, whistles, and noise. After two hours L ear canal beyond uncomfortable, sore, so I took it out to let the L ear rest. Later that evening I put it back in with a smaller dome. Better. Day 2: More comfortable but still feels 'foreign'. Who knew one's ear canals can be different sizes ?? R vs L, but mine are. Controls awkward but a bit better doing it. Less problems with feedback and whistles than yesterday - I have learned to refit or push the aid in a bit more to reduce or stop this annoying sound(s). Day 3: Much more comfortable today. At times I find I don't really notice that the hearing aids are in. Using the control button is much easier - or I am just more familiar with them. Sounds near 'normal' now except when I talk. My speech still sounds 'off' but others and TV sound okay. Definately feel I will keep them. Only question is how they will hold up. Oh, BTW, I have needed hearing aids for some time but these are my very first. My family is very happy with my hearing now. Wife, grandchildren, everyone is pleased.

Hard to use. Rude customer service.

Order an in the ear hearing aid that didn't work for my elderly mother. Called within the 45 days for required RMA number for $300 refund. Was offered the $500 over the ear model 'at no charge'. First over the ear wouldn't charge so they sent a second pair which didn't work for my Mom. Come to find out 45 day REFUND started with the original CIC request. So my Mom is our $300 and hearing aids she can't return (because they won't issue an RMA number).

I rate them( -1 star ). The company is a rip-off for people and especially SENIORS. I read the BBB reviews after being ripped off for 599. I have seen the same complaint I have after returning the hearing aids. They tell you your hearing aids were damaged, and you get no refund ( They got damaged at the warehouse). They stated a 45-day guarantee they would return your money. I returned them on 4/11/23. They received them on 4/17 and they sent an email return ok. I called on 5/12 because I never got my money back. NOW the WAREHOUSE CLAIMS MERCHANDISE DAMAGED. THEY have PICTURES. ? Really Too late, manager FRANK ALVARADO can't do anything. He is part of the scam. LIARS, THE SCAM IS AT THE WAREHOUSE. They are quick to send them out. You don't know if they are damaged or not. When you return them, the claim is destroyed. I saw the same claim from a person on BBB on 1/13/23 when I put in one on 5/12/23. I called Georgia Attorney General's Office to put in my complaint to have them investigated. Vermont Attorney General Sues them. 2023 I called to be a part of that one too. They Must be STOPPED

I tried to send the first awful set back and they talked me into the second. Each one was awful. So I sent them back as advertised "Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back". I found out that my money will not be returned because I failed to understand the Return Approval Process. So right now they have two sets of hearing aids plus my money.

I returned the merchandise, the aids did not hold a charge. This was in April. I have sent email after email to obtain a credit and although Nano acknowledge receipt of the items, no credit has been applied. Instead, strangely written emails telling me I am in a queue with no date to expect satisfaction.

Such a trap, but one they will make sure you will be trapped not to get the refund. Horrible ALL products

Left side came apart first 2 months ago as of today's date R side came apart ,nano came back with regular hoopla as replacement after it sent back and charges that could incur,but since they were out of the refund period was up ,they might replace or charge depending on their evaluation,it sounds to me like a constant money scam , will contact A.G. South Carolina today to see if they might help
