I've always received excellent service from Namco's staff and never any hard sell for products. I continue to support them year after year.

good store wish you were closer to me

We had bought our pool at Namco located in Wappenger Falls New York. During the course of the winter our liner developed a tear on side where skimmer was located. My wife visited the store and asked about warranty, STEVE(manager?) stated that the tear was not covered and that we would have to pay for a new liner. Under the guidance of STEVE my wife ordered a new liner for the pool and had it delivered directly to our house. STEVE also stated that he would install new liner. When the liner arrived, we contacted store under the direction of STEVE and he would schedule for installation. STEVE and other person showed up on scheduled date, STEVE informed us that the ground was to wet and that he would return at a later date. STEVE never returned. I went to store to question why STEVE never showed up. The young lady stated she didn't know STEVE, she also stated that she was just hired for the season. Young lady stated she doesn't know the schedule. We called stored serval times, NO STEVE! We hired a contractor to install new liner, at this time we were informed that the liner was not for our pool. We called store again NO STEVE! Talked to person and informed them we ordered wrong liner under the direction of STEVE and that we need to return liner and order correct liner. Due to fact that we had liner shipped directly to our home we were responsible to have it shipped back to manufacturer and that we had to pay a restocking fee, which was half the price of liner. When I informed person that I was going to bring liner to store and get my money back I was informed that there would be NO REFUND! Did I mention STEVE was not at the store. People you can't make this up! Needless to say I paid for CORRECT liner, hired contractor, and I have a pool liner sitting in my garage. One star is to good of a rating.

Excellent sales, they were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions.

Not really anything special. They are not overly nice nor rude . Nothing here to really bring me back time and again like other places

Purchase a pool last year. So many things went wrong with that purchase. Went to store to clear some stuff up and manager arguing with customers in front with there problems.
