Namco PoolsReviews of namcopool.com

We purchased a 18 foot diameter pool from Namco and had them install it. The pool is 1 inch out of level. There wasn't 1 square foot of the bottom that was flat, level and smooth when they finished installing. Very curious to see how it is after the first winter. Would not recommend Namco to anyone. Now I see why my contract had a clause stating that Namco was not responsible for replacement water if there was a problem. With workmanship like this, they would go broke on replacement water.

I’ve had two pools from Namco so far neither one lasted the time of the warrantee that was applied to each pool and now on the second pool they aren’t even willing to replace the pool or prorate it they try to forward you to the manufacturer who has no telephone number the only thing you can do is send an email and still get no response going on three months now and I’m still waiting I personally would stay far far away from Namco they don’t stand by their product for their warranty if I can give them negative star on there rating I would !!!!!!!!!!

NoT enough discounts on Chemicals.

I ordered a pool on line Working with an associate Kristen who was the best. Very professional, courteous and more helpful with this order than you can believe. We had a problem with my bank, then this and that and she was so patient and worked through this with me until it was resolved. Thank you Kristin. Just waiting to have it set up when this crisis is over Thank you again See you Soon Mrs. Trabucco

I received great help and advice from my salesperson. Let's hope when I open my pool they will just as helpful.
