Too long to list, bad customer support, now follow up. When you are ready to spend your money they will make all kinds of promises. Once the deliver they will pass responsibility to everyone and no one will step up to fix the problem...Wasted my money.

They called tell me what time they going to come they came they done the excellent job thank you . I'll recommend namco pool to all my acquaintances for their honesty and hard work.

It was nice to know that when you asked someone a question, that they can give you an answer or opinion.

I had no problem ordering and even got a discount after the fact, which was a nice surprise. However, I have sent two emails and I tried to chat on your website regarding order status and have received no response.

pool delivered much later than told. unwrapped pallet and filter box wide open not stapled. 2 part bags ripped open. have no jdea whats missing. called store to replace pump box, attleboro dont have any? but has a part bag for me. now have to drive there again to replace bag. went there last week as instructed by mgr to retrieve items that would not be included in shipping, and again they dont have any bonding lugs for the install. not a good experience and too much of my time wasted!! a new pump should have been dellivered to me with in two days.
