Was looking for a specific pool you, they had it, I bought it.

I am very upset with Wayne Namco has treated me I ordered my pool back in May and I have been asking them very nicely on different websites on different phone numbers where is my pool what is the status of my toe it was supposed to be here by the beginning of July it is now July and they have not returned one of my phone calls not one of my emails nothing

The website was easy to navigate and my question was answered quickly by email prior to making my purchase. Not thrilled with the amount of the shipping charge but it is better than having to shop right now.

Overall great process

I was very disappointed with Namco Pool. I ordered a pool liner that was supposed to be in stock. Left an email 3 days after I ordered it. No response. Called several times one time I was told it would ship the next day. Called today 6/30 and was told it was out of stock. You have deposited my money and have had it now for a week. Just cancelled the order today.😤

The reps on the floor were very knowledgeable and helpful. They went out of their way to find the pieces I wanted. When 2 pieces (out of 8) had an issue, they replaced them with no problems or flaming hoops. I plan to buy all my pool, hot tub or patio needs from Namco from now on!!

I REGRET buying a pool at the Salem NH location. We purchased it may 3, pool was delivered 1 1/2 weeks after we were told. The contractor you guys use “piece of the beach” is terrible. They no call no showed today, I called there and they said they couldn’t install pools in the rain (wasn’t raining where i live) then she proceeded to tell me about how they installed two oval pools that morning, so apparently they can work in the rain in mass. Can’t get into touch with a soul at namco local or cooperate, and was blocked on Facebook messaging. Y’all have ruined our summer. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE. My pool is still in boxes in my yard.

Tried to change order emailed called no answer terrible customer service. Stop blaming covid
