I have not received my order it's been 3 weeks, never received an email with shipping date. Sent them a message no response... Steer AWAY!!!!! Save your money and time and order on ebay instead

I ordered a sunchaser pool lounge and the cushion is ripped in two places. Would like a replacement soon so I can use this before pool season is over.

I still have not received my order which was placed a month ago. There have been no status updates, shipping information or other assistance needed. I'm still waiting for a reply to the 3 emails that have been sent.

Horrible Company! Took out money and lied about when we would be getting out pool. Could not get through to customer service day after day. Over 17 emails of lies and promises. Luckily we got to cancel and buy our pool elsewhere. Happily swimming today no thanks to this scam of a company.

I am beyond disappointed with Namco! I bought an above ground pool on their website because it said it would ship 7/1. I understand due to the current climate there may be delays. I was told my pool was received in their warehouse on 7/8 and I would receive it within 10 days. I was told on 7/13 the 3rd party shipping company picked up my order to deliver. I was told on 7/15 I would get a call within 48 hours to schedule delivery. Nobody has called me, I cannot get through to Namco and when I do they have no information - no tracking information, cannot provide me with the name of the shipping company. I try the Customer Service number and cannot get through and it says their voice mail is full. I trusted Namco because I have been a long time customer. I WAS a long time customer. I am reporting them and will never do business with them again.

Everything was received quickly and worked well.
