Great pricing

My experience with the customer service rep, Kim Woods, has been a very pleasant experience. Kim walked me through the process of which items I needed to go along with my pool. Since I am a new pool owner, this was extremely valuable to me since she was so knowledgable, courteous, and prompt to respond to any of my questions throughout the process. Thank you Namco for having wonderful staff, such as Kim, in this department to deal with your customers.

You had closeout sales for closing the pool, but not the products. Too busy trying to sell worthless kits when the product could had been sold individually. After 25 years of closing my pool with what I need, I finally went to another store to get what I needed. Too bad you don't listen to your customers.

Extremely disappointed in my experience. For years, Namco has been the go to spot for me and my extended family to get pools and all of our pool supplies. We made this decision back in the 90's after we had bad experiences with other local pool suppliers. Now, Namco has become one of those companies that I wouldn't suggest to anyone. From day 1 I had problems finding out if my order was received, the timing on when it would come, as well as scheduling the pool delivery. It is absolutely impossible to get a person on the phone, it automatically makes you wait for 20 minutes on hold just to transfer you to a voicemail or disconnect you. When I finally received my pool (that was supposedly in stock and ready to ship when purchased) more than 6 weeks after purchase, we put it all together just to carefully open the liner to find it with HOLES and RIPS! After weeks of waiting, we now couldn't finish installing our pool due to Namco supplying a damaged product. I spent so much time on the phone calling every number I could find over the course of weeks attempting to get some sort of resolution. I finally had to spend $300 extra to buy a pool liner from a different supplier because no one from Namco would answer my call or return my messages/emails. Please please please don't waste your time, money, or patience buying anything from Namco.

The delivery was perfect but I haven't install the pool

I ordered a new pool over the phone with Erik at the west Brooke store in Maine. He was so very helpful and was patient with me while I decided. I bought it, he guarantee me I would love this pool and I do..namco stored it in the warehouse over the winter and shipped it when I called. Transaction was awesome, easy and I will always buy from Erik and the Maine store anytime I need something as I live 2 hours away...I got ahold of him about a winter cover and he recommended the best one after I told him I want one that will last more than one yr...again, Westbrook maine store is awesome!

Great timing despite the pandemic pool arrived earlier than expected, great customer service. Great quality on products and very responsive with any questions, or concerns we may have.
