The site was easy to use but I had just gotten a promo code (NAMCO2021)for $100 off our pool order and it didn’t work when I was checking out. That was disappointing.

Kim Woods was the best! She was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt in all of our dealings. Now we're waiting for our new Havana 18' X 33' pool to arrive which replaces the previous pool we purchased from NAMCO 20+ years ago.

I purchased a 15' round pool. Kim was my customer service agent throughout the process. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and has a great personality. I felt like she cared about me as a customer and gave me prompt and concise information all the way through my purchase. I would give her 6 stars if it was an option. .

Easy checkout however I was offered a $100 off coupon that wouldn't work during check out. Hoping to have it applied to my order after reaching out in an email. Would give 5 stars otherwise.
