Everybody likes Kim from Customer Service Department. Now I understand why I have been calling her and she can not answer. I have some questions and looks like the only one can answer these questions is Kim. Please improve your customer service. Thank You!

Having never purchased a pool but always having one I had little knowledge in the whole process. I found what I was looking for online but had questions so I thought I’d visit my local store. The store was extremely busy and the staff seemed bothered by my questions as an informed buyer. After talking with friends I decided to give the company another shot. I got in touch with Kim Woods via phone. She was polite, knowledgeable and did not try to oversell me. She was extremely informative. We discussed what I needed and did not need. If customer service across the board could bring to the table what Kim Woods brought there would never be a need for customer complaints. She made the process easy, the decision making a breeze and stayed in touch with me through delivery.

I bought a new pool on-line. On the site it said you have installers but when I called to schedule an appointment,I was told they weren't scheduling appointments any more. I am having a hard time finding someone to put my pool up, I may cancel my order
