Great Service, Had a problem and Shawn at customer service at corporate was great help

The online ordering for curbside seemed like a great idea but functionality is not good. I have an email with an order receipt with a link to track the order under my namco account online. I had to create an account and there is still nothing showing. So from what I can tell, there is no way to track my order progress. I left a voice message after being on hold with customer service to try to speak with someone and have not received a return call. I also sent an email and received no response. I went to the store and the employees were helpful but there seems to be a disconnect with information about curbside.

Order went through very quickly, curbside pick within 2 days for hard to get product

The customer service Shea Dooley gave me was top notch! Found my missing furniture and had delivered ASAP. This is a plus in my books and will buy again from Namco. Another happy customer

Marc Kagan offered the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I've experienced in a very long time. I've been in the service industry for 30 years so I can say with experience that the service I've received is amazing and above par. Marc answered all my questions timely and continued to follow up multiple times until I received my package. He's so friendly and positive and Namco is so lucky to have him. I hope his company reads this and acknowledges the fact that Marc goes over and beyond to help his customers. Great Job Marc!!!!

Emailed Namco a question and they never followed up. Called my local store to ask the question and they didn’t answer- I had to leave a message on the answering machine (w t f?) and they never called me back either. Terrible company.

Very easy ordering

So far Namco has been on time and forfilled all my pool needs!! They are my GO TO pool company!!😁🏊‍♀️🤽‍♀️ Thanks Namco!
