I finally found a toy that my dogs don't chew to pieces. I did have a problem with the pops arriving broken, but when I contacted your company, they immediately made it right by sending us another pack.

Nothing beats finding a durable option for heavy chewers! We’re so happy to hear the Pupsicle is holding up, and that our team was able to make things right with your pops right away. Thanks a ton for the support! 🐾

Both my dogs love Woof’s products, especially the Walkabout and the Bite & Brush. They each have their own Walkabout and Bite & Brush and the tough materials hold up well. They truly stand by their lifetime warranties!

I love their products but even MORE now! I placed an order and received the wrong items and they quickly re-sent the CORRECT items at no additional charge!

I'm the type of dog parent who spoils their dog so I kind of splurged and bought most of their products! (hehe) I was honestly intrigued when I saw it from Lentil (dog creator) and I am genuinely impressed with the quality of their products, there might be a lot of alternatives in the market but personally I don't mind spending for theirs. I ordered around May but since I've been using the refill pops that I didn't notice the mold was missing. I still contacted them not expecting anything, although honest mistake since I didn't double check when it came. Still, they gave me another mold for free! Amazing customer service and responsiveness! Nevertheless my dog interacts with the products I bought from woof daily. Yesterday too, I accidentally ordered under the wrong account and wasn't able to use the labor day sale code. They were kind and prompt to cancel the order so I could re-order with the right account using the labor day code today. Signed, A spoiled dog's mom

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a wonderful review! We are so happy we could help get that missing mold taken care of and sort out your Labor Day code for you. Hearing how much your adorable pup interacts with and loves our products every single day makes our whole team smile! Huge shoutout to Lentil for introducing us. If you ever need anything at all in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out. Wishing you and your furry friend a fantastic day!

Great customer support. They took care of my issue right away and very very accommodating. Definitely will be ordering more from them . I have an authorship for my pups treats so I won’t run out. My pups love their treats!

Love the product but I have cancelled this subscription 5 times and they are still billing me and shipping me. They have zero customer service. I am cancelling my credit card and contact the better business bureau.

Bought our 2-year old small dog a pupsicle for those times when we want him to chill quietly for a bit. He got too agressive with the toy and we ended up replacing it with the Power Chewer model. The customer service at Woof was so helpful and generous and now we're planning on trying some of the other toys. Love having options to help keep our dog healthy and happy.
