Quit your job if this is your only payment option!!
Issue #1- no security. If you drop your card, anyone can use it since no pin or no signature is required for transaction. Also the app allows you to take screenshots of all sensitive information, which I've never seen before. #2- If the total of your purchase is more than the amount remaining on your card, the card will be declined without explanation. So basically, always make sure that you know the exact dollar amount left in case you need to do a partial payment. I recently received an email invitation to take a user survey, and I wanted to express my opinion on this. As soon as I chose "prefer not to answer" on my employment status (because why does it matter?), I was immediately deemed ineligible to take the survey. That was only issue #3, but if I had stayed with that job longer than 3 days I'm sure I would've experienced all of the lackluster customer service from overseas and financial theft from Wisely themselves that everyone else is complaining about. If your employer is using Wisely, they're either foolish, hanging on by a thread, or they just don't care about you.
