We have truly enjoyed our Waggle monitor- the notifications and app views provide us with important information regarding our beloved fur baby. The Waggle monitor puts us at ease knowing our fur baby is in a safe environment. I highly recommend this monitoring device!

No way to turn it off as needed, inaccurate reading of the temp and I had to py a whole year subscription in advance vs. Month to month. Very disappointed to be honest.

I have been in contact with customer support since receiving this product, and they are terrible to work with (if you could even call it that). They never answer the phone, and then they will call back three days later. I missed the random toll free call, so I tried to call back and there was no answer. That is terrible customer service. The chat bot I contacted told me to reset the device about 20 times, then they say they fixed “something” on their end. The waggle will work for a few hours, and then it stops reporting again. I can’t leave my dog in my RV because I don’t have a way to monitor him. They told me I can get a replacement, but I have to send my device back in first. That leaves me with zero protection (not that this device does much as it is), and they do not state how long the process will take. What’s the point of wasting all of this money when I’m without temp monitoring for half the summer? I’ve been a waggle customer for years, but replacing my old, broken monitor has been a nightmare.

I wanted to return the unopened device two days after I received it. I submitted a ticket for a return label and was told I would be charged a restocking fee and I needed to complete a form online. The form does not work so I submitted a second ticket. The responded that the form was fixed and to try again. Form is still broken and I have not heard a thing back. I can’t imagine if I needed help with the device itself which I would rely on to keep my dogs safe.

You HAVE to purchase at a minimum a 6 month cellular subscription for this cheap plastic box to even work. THAT info is NOT very clear on the website.
