We went on a recent RV excursion to Cherokee, NC (Smoky Mountains) and were pleased by the mild weather. This allowed us to leave the Dogs in our Camper with no worries. Maybe a learning curve for us but the lack of connectivity we experienced between our WAGGLE and our AT&T phone service rendered the unit worthless. Hoping for a better experience on our next trip.

We purchased the Pet Monitor and the WaggleCam 2.0 to keep our two dogs safe as we travel in our RV. We were unable to get either product to work. The monitor sent me over 100 emails every time the WiFi cut in/out even though we were in a suburban RV park. We never could get the camera to work. I tried to use customer service but could not get an operator on the phone and emails were not returned. These products are not for me. The real kicker was when I started the refund process. After 1 hour of being in an online chat to get the process started, their process is within 24-48 hours to have a shipping label sent but the worst part was the customer service when someone called back. I said I would let my reviews speak for themselves as the truth. A Waggle rep is recorded saying that I was being "completely unreasonable...and literally blackmailing" them with my review. And then he tried to yell at me. What?! Sounds and feels bogus all around. Gave me a case of the icks so I hope I can help someone else avoid this. It's not my style to leave negative reviews but in this case, it's important to use my voice.

I haven’t had my Waggle for a month yet and I have not been out in our RV as of today but so far I do like it.

We had concerns that it would not work in Canada when attempting to order. There were a couple of phone calls made with a link sent that still did not show the version spoken of on the phone by the rep, but the third phone call clarified everything for us.

I don’t know that I would trust thing to save my dogs. I have had it less than a month. I can’t power it off and have had to reset it 4 times already. Can never get any customer service to chat so wondering if leaving a crap review about their junk will get me any help????? We will see. I shut off all notifications because I don’t want to use up my notifications over the Verizon network that is into 500 in 6 months because I can’t power it off when not in use the only option is to unplug and let the battery die because it’s going be reallllly hot when the rv is not in use!
