Customer support is non existent. Our camera has been or for 5 days. They don't return phone calls, they dont' return e-mail, their online Scooby AI is totally worthless. They claim 24x7 support but try calling off hours and the message clearly states they are NOT 24x7. I'm still waiting for someone to fix our camera or give us a refund. No responding is unacceptable. Shortly after leaving this review customer service did reach out to me and helped me resolve my issue with the camera. I'm still not happy with level of service or being ignored but they did finally make it right and I appreciate that. 7/30/26 Things have been better and so far working as expected.

I am so disappointed. I have had nothing but excuses the last 5 days, trying to get support. My monitor stopped working last November, but my motorhome had been in storage until last Thursday, so I didn't realise it. After innumerable calls, chats and emails over the last 5 days, I have yet to speak to a live person. I have done everything they advise on their website, uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times on my phone to no avail. Reset the monitor many times and even saved their number to my contacts so I wouldn't accidentally miss their call. (I had already done that and have not missed a single call. (unlike what they claim). We are on vacation in our motorhome, and I cringe at having to leave my dogs unprotected. I can't understand why they make excuses rather than utilise that time and those resources to solve my problem, rather than avoiding it. My warranty expires next month, and I have a feeling I won't hear from them before it does. UPDATE: 7/16/26 - Scott Hunt with Waggle contacted me at 10am this morning and walked me thru a firmware update. He said it could take up to 3hrs to connect, he would be watching it, and would call me back at that time. It did not connect and he actually called back at 12:15 stating they would replace my monitor and extend my subscription for 5 months. I appreciate his support and getting resolution for my issue. I'm hopeful Waggle has recognized their customer service issues, and are taking steps to correct it. Thank you to Scott Hunt for addressing and resolving my issues.

Just got my Waggle "package deal" and regret it. It seems like a good product, but each item (temperature sensor, camera, mini cam) requires a separate subscription.....WAY TO EXPENSIVE!

I had significant difficulty getting the monitor to connect, even after warranty replacement. Now, it is working great. The customer service reps were very helpful and prompt in addressing/escalating issues. Best contact is by email, so it might take 24 hours to get a first response. Overall, I'm happy with the product and service, just wish the process had been smoother and problem-free.

You need to return the find my RV direction capability . That is reason for 3 star review

The waggle monitor is a great device. I travel the hole country and have never been anywhere where there is no service. I have had three different monitors over the 8 years I have been with them, but my last monitor quit reporting last month and when I call customer service they said they sent a back door update and it should start working within a few hours. I let it sit overnight and it still did not work so I call back and they said my monitor was the old model and was not execpting the update (that they forced onto the device with out letting me know) and I would have to buy a new monitor at $300. After a week of me telling them that it was there update that I did not need that made it stop working they gave me $180 off a new monitor.

On the fence of sending it back. Sometimes it does not seem reliable. Loses connection alot. I have to frequently reset it.

Communication was lacking in my opinion. I really wanted to talk to someone. But it’s all automated it seems. Unable to get things fixed. We really needed our waggle to work before we went on a month long trip. Got an “updated waggle “ and tried to activate it the day before we left. We were unable to get it started and then once we had left we get instructions to do a reset. Hard to do from hundreds of miles away. We went the entire month with out information inside our boat from afar during a hurricane. We were told our old unit battery had gone bad and needed a new one. That old one with the battery is still showing the hour glass 6 weeks later when we hit the reset. Nothing wrong with the old unit. Very disappointed with having to spend $330 bucks for a new device and to see the old one that waggle was unable to make work— still powered.
